For the 2024 ESPYS, I created a full motion graphics package of nominee headers shown throughout the live broadcast.

Working from styleframes provided by the creative director, I was responsible for all animation and compositing — including kinetic type, layered depth animation, and video integration. Each athlete’s name was brought to life with rhythmic motion, bold typography, and gradient overlays driven by depth tracking.

To enhance production efficiency, I incorporated AI tools such as Runway to speed up the rotoscoping process. Remaining clean-up and refinements were handled in After Effects, allowing me to seamlessly combine AI acceleration with manual polish for a high-volume delivery pipeline. This hybrid workflow empowered me to bring bold energy and visual impact to every nominee segment — in both a creative and technically efficient way.
